Refund policy
We want you to love your BASICDAILY dress as much as we do. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy outlines how you can return items to us for a refund or exchange.
1. Returns Eligibility
You have 14 days from the date you received your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be unworn and unwashed.
It must be in its original condition with no marks, damage, or signs of wear.
All original tags must still be attached to the garment.
It must be returned in its original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on items marked as "Final Sale" or any promotional items that are explicitly stated as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

When you contact us, please provide your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions you may need.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item, unless the return is due to a fault on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item). Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and keep your proof of postage, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Processing Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or PayPal account) within a certain amount of days.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times. The initial shipping cost you paid for the order is non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, the fastest way is to return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the desired item once your return has been processed. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our dresses, including our 100% Silk Floral Midi Dresses and Cotton Shirt Dresses. However, if you believe your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@basicdaily.vip. Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs of the fault or incorrect item. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
