All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second notification once your order has been shipped. During busy periods or sale events, processing times may be slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer shipping services throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery method you select and your location.
We partner with reliable couriers to ensure your dresses, including our 100% Silk Midi Dresses and Cotton Shirt Dresses, arrive in perfect condition. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
For delivery within the United Kingdom, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 2 to 4 business days after it has been dispatched. For international orders, delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination country and its customs processes, generally taking between 7 and 21 business days.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that BASICDAILY is not responsible for any customs and import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees that may be applied to international orders. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. 5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. 6. Lost or Damaged Items
BASICDAILY is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we will always try our best to help. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbors and local delivery office. For any further assistance, please contact us, and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
