We will aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or the courier service. The risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
We want you to love your BASICDAILY dress. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within [e.g., 14/30] days of receipt. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once we have received and inspected the returned goods.
